Delivery Time
All European delivery are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for service. A signature is required at the point of delivery. (Orders are dispatched within 24 hrs of being placed and take approx 5-10 Days or sooner)
Returns:
1 Stop Kid Shop is committed to providing our customers with high quality products and customer service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our return policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our policy to try and replace the product before we raise a credit.
If the items you have ordered through our website are faulty or damaged you must inform us within 5 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email detailing your original order number and the item you wish to return. After this date no exchange or credit will be offered.
Any items to be returned must be received by 1 Stop Kid Shop within 7 days of original receipt by the customer. We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s is received complete and in perfect packaging, we will refund/exchange.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and a Returns Authorization Number.
